Plans
Our clients come to us with plans in various stages. If you’ve
only got a sketch or vague notion of what you want, we’ll help
you develop a plan that meets your needs and your budget. Once
we’ve got the basics worked out, Riverbend Timber Framing has 27
staff designers ready to assist us by producing construction
drawings.
If
you’ve got a plan from a book or drawn by an architect, then we
can visit your lot and make sure the plan takes full advantage
of the topography, view and orientation to the sun that are
specific to your site.
If your plan happens to be for a traditional stick-built home,
we can build it as drawn. If you prefer, we can build it utilizing
structural insulated panels, with their unmatched energy
efficiency. Another option would be to convert it to
timber-frame construction.
